Programme to feature a selection of Christmas pieces including Christmas Lullaby by John Rutter and O Holy Night as well as the 1950s classics Jingle Bell Rock, first performed by Bobby Helms and It’s Beginning To Look Like Christmas, made popular by versions by Perry Como and Bing Crosby.  We will also be performing a medley of four Christmas carols in A Festive Christmas Celebration.

There will also be a humorous look at the Baroque era of music with Go For Baroque (pronounced br-oke!) with original lyrics by Audrey Snyder set to familiar melodies from the period including Bach’s Toccata And Fugue and Air On A G String and referencing no less than ten composers!

There will also be the opportunity for audience participation with three well-known carols.

We will also be performing The Turtle Dove which can be found on our Concert Celebration CD.

We are also delighted to welcome for the first time Heathland School Choir who will be our guest performers.
